Balance Sheet into Excel does not have title, company name, dates - ie "Report to Excel"

When a report is run to Excel there is a certain amount of reworking involved - unmerge and centering, shifting cells left etc. , to be able to use effectively. Transactional TB reports in particular, but this is a feature of many reports.
