In the 'identify sales and purchases not using your most common tax code' setting I feel that it would be helpful to be able to set you most common code for both sales and purchases. Our purchases are mainly standard rate tax and our sales are all zero rated so we always have lots of verification warnings - if we were able to set a different code for sales and purchases it would eliminate the majority of those warnings.
