We need the ability to add an alternative telephone number for the 2FA. If the owner of the telephone number attached to the 2FA is away then there is no way of accessing the account. Cause us a lot of problems when upgrading all our PC's to the latest version. HMRC allow an alternative two numbers on their portal.
