The reason for asking for this is that I have set up 3 users for opayo but only I can post any payments. so if I am off then no one can do this and we have customers that have to pay upfront payment before we will attend site. I is ok if the customer pays over the phone as they can allocate it but if the customer does it by the link then only I can post to the account.
