There should be a column added in to the sales order which shows the individual net price after taking in to account and quantity discounts. Currently, it shows the RRP and the total net price.
For example RRP - £100. Quantity 3 = 50% discount. The sales order shows the £100 RRP, it can show the 50% discount, but it only shows the £150 total net price. Nothing to confirm the individual net price of £50.
