everyone can view all other information apart from what is in the memo tab, i want to keep contracts and everything related to the projects in here so they are all available for everyones viewing, at the moment we are using several different files and would make alot more sense if everything was stored in the 1 place where i (accounts) can access all the information required for invoicing .
