Currently the is no support for screens with resolution over 1080p (or similar). With monitors getting bigger and bigger there should be an update to support 4k (or even higher) resolution. In our company we use excel and Auto CAD, both work much better in 4K, but we unable to benefit from it as Sage holds as back at 1080p.
On a different note, some of the high-end portable laptops (i.e. Microsoft Surface Pro) also use high screen resolutions. I don’t have one, but I’m not sure how/if Sage would even work on this type of device hence this would be another reason to add the high-resolution support.
Hey, it's 2024 and we still have this rubbish screen resolution problem. PLEASE can you get this fixed? Of all the programs I use, this is the one where nice clean clear text is extra important. As the 2022 correspondent says, everything else suffers if you have to downgrade the display resolution. Everything else in Windows is affected. Badly. The workarounds give such poor text quality
It does work on a 4k but displays badly. It is the re-scaling feature on windows that upsets it. Some of the text comes out bigger than the box it is meant to fit in so you get half cut off. I make do but it is a pain.
