USEFUL in that the accounting process is freed from the currently built in limits that have to be overcome by human intervention.
BENEFIT by saving time having to manually compensate for the unrealistic limits included in the current software programming. Why is there a '12 Period limit' within these routines?
WORK BY using the computers mathematical capability and programming the software to use a Months* Period figure larger than 12 to calculate an Accrual or Prepayment!!

We have a couple of invoices that we need to pre-pay over 24 months and cannot use the Automated Prepayments as it only allows 12 months. This should be a simple update to carry out. Thank you
