Currently a user needs the physical product code or has to search the products list for the code to enter in a PO. With the Buy/Sell button they can highlight the products in the products/services module and then raise various items i.e SO, PO etc.. In order for a user to do this they need to have full access to the products module. This is not possible because junior staff will be able to edit the products. Therefore, if this button was available to junior staff tied to there access levels i.e. either PO or SO capabilities then that would be ideal.
