I have been working with SAGE accounts for over 23 years. I started here in the Medical Practice 9 months ago to work with Iris - I am sorry but it is a very poor system and just like a cash book almost but it has a special module within it that works out the Vat automatically as a GP practice is not allowed to claim full VAT back on everything and there is a formula to have that calculated- the accountants have done that for me on an excel sheet which I have to do every month but it would be so much better if you could offer that and I am sure you would get an awful lot more business from GP practices if you did that
