After speaking with Sages technical team, its not possible to import transactions (Purchase Invoices) Under Postponed VAT accounting T18, due to the requirement for additional transactions needing to take place (PC for the VAT etc).
Please could sage look at this as a development so that CSV imports for non UK Purchase Invoices under postponed vat accounting (T18) can take place and that Sage accounts does the additional transactions.
