Allow higher quantity to be received than what it states on the purchase order.

When I am receiving my deliveries there is sometimes a higher quantity received than what I have entered on the Purchase Order. So on my PO it states I ordered 14 but they sent me 20. I would like to be able to enter that I received 20 and it not ...

Purchase Order Stock to be Amended

Would be helpful to amend a PO if part delivered by mistake and make changes. Now we have to make a note/remember that the PO has not been delivered in full and process the purchase invoice manually!

TICK BOX TO HIDE COMPLETED PURCHASE ORDERS

It would make it easier to see those purchase orders that are still outstanding. A small tick box, like the customer and supplier inactive tick box

As we look up a PO when going through Update Ledgers to add a PI, can the PI reference(s) be added as a field on the PO as at present we have to run reports to pick up invoices specific to any PO ?
