Please extend the Purchase Order text box. Currently, it only allows approximately 15–20 words, which is not sufficient when issuing purchase orders for large construction projects.

TICK BOX TO HIDE COMPLETED PURCHASE ORDERS

It would make it easier to see those purchase orders that are still outstanding. A small tick box, like the customer and supplier inactive tick box

Allow higher quantity to be received than what it states on the purchase order.

Purchase Order Stock to be Amended

Would be helpful to amend a PO if part delivered by mistake and make changes. Now we have to make a note/remember that the PO has not been delivered in full and process the purchase invoice manually!

As we look up a PO when going through Update Ledgers to add a PI, can the PI reference(s) be added as a field on the PO as at present we have to run reports to pick up invoices specific to any PO ?
