attach email to an invoice on sage accounts

Is it possible to attach an email to an invoice either on supplier or customer, it would help in that we could see why an invoice was amended or re done.

Direct Debit/standing order supplier invoices can they be posted and split over the payment period ie 24 months at the time of posting?

It would be useful for long term large invoices so not to distort figures when they are split over more than one year.

Invoice splash window to have unit / quantity

Add extra columns to Invoice splash window to include unit qty/hours, nominal and tax code.

nominal code

at year end you cannot see the sales figures through the nominal code window, you have to run the YE first. this is a weakness in the system because you may not be ready to run the YE but still need to check the sales figures for January

Allow status change in Customer Record - Projects.

In customer record there is a tab for Projects. You are able to view all project assigned to that customer. From there it would be great if the Status of the projects could be adjusted, at the moment they cannot be changed.

Search Sales Invoice Number Option in Customer Bank Receipts

Can you give the option to search for an invoice number as well as customer name when in customer receipt as a lot of my client's customers just reference the invoice number on their payments

sage automatically amends date to today

if somebody (in error) leaves sage on overnight the next day sage will still be at yesterday so records have wrong date on etc
