Writing Off Credit Balances

At present there is an option to write off small underpayments but if an account has a small credit balance then an invoice has to be raised to cancel this amount then manually matched off.

Attach documents to Sales Orders

Sales Order always have a drawing attached it would be helpful to be in a position to attach the relevant drawing and or customer email to the Sales Order. Attachments are available in Supplier Batch Invoices so why no facility in Sales Orders.

Bank Running Balance

I think it would be useful because you'd be able to see your balance at the touch of a button, and then you could compare your actual Bank statement with your accounting bank statement just by looking rather than having to run time-wasting reports...

Automatically put customer accounts on hold when exceeding their credit limits or Stop warning messages being overridden

This would be beneficial as it would stop anyone being able to generate any further GDN's for the customer when their credit limit is exceeded. We aren't able to manage this effectively currently as people are able to override the warning messages.

When creating a Purchase Order we have the price of the item to the Supplier. How can additional costs such as carriage be incorporated when looking at actual costs of a product?
