The report date has reverted back to 2019

On most of our reports the default report date is 31/12/2050 but since V29 some have reverted back to 2019??? I have tried the fix on the help centre following the instructions but it just not working.

Suggested Payment List By Payment Type

The Suggested Payment list currently only excludes Direct Debit Suppliers, but we have several Suppliers that are paid by Credit Card or other Methods, It would be great if you could include or exclude several payment types.
