Sage 50 Icon too similar to Payroll when pinned to taskbar

When I have sage 50 and payroll pinned to toolbar it can be tricky to pick the right one when switching between the two. The differences are so slight. Please consider making it more obvious, ie the green colour it was before.

Ability to set number of characters for custom fields

It would give more flexibility on setting custom fields and also allow us to increase the characters for 'email address' which is currently set to 30 characters which is not enough for some email addresses

Negative products on an invoice

When a customer exchange takes place we have to raise a credit for the returned item and an invoice for the replacement. This disassociates the 2 transactions. It would be useful to have a function whereby you add the returned item as a negative q...

DO NOT allow me to press 'Discard Saved' and LOOSE THE BANK REC.

Adding a field to Product import to include Last cost price

At the moment on an product price increase it changes the price and the old price drops down to last cost price. Unfortunately, when doing a sales quote the profit analysis is taken from the last cost price which is not a true reflection on profit...

full 2 factor authentication

it would be useful and more secure to have 2 factor authentication on all logins for the sage program and not just for the sage i.d login section.

Function to delete products, even if they have transaction history

We have many products codes set up that are no longer used, mostly due to the product being discontinued. The ability to be able to delete these records and their activity would be great

Lock date enabled when importing

When you currently import data there is no warning if you import before a lock date unless you have restricted access. Please make the warning available for importing aswell.

Batch copy or change bill of materials

we have hundreds of products that are similar and many variations so we have to make bill of materials manually for each one is very time consuming and open to huge margin of human error.
