I am sure I am not the first person to suggest this but on the customer record would it be possible to put a small memo box on this page allowing you to insert text (not as you have to do just now and click into the memo box)
My colleague and I job share and sometimes there is information on a customer that we each need to know. A box at the front would be helpful.
Today I needed to put a 4th email address in but since there is a limit of 3 email addresses this is where a box to draw attention and to be able to add additional information would be very useful.
