We use the diary a lot and find that it regularly crashes sage when adding things to it. The entries don't disappear but sage shuts itself down and has to be restarted. This can happen several times a day - VERY ANNOYING!
The diary could also do with a search function so that particular events can be quickly looked up - I know I went to Mr Jones last year - I just can't remember when etc etc.
The ability to add attachments to the diary event would also be very useful along with being able to print out the notes section, or at least be able to single it out for use within reports.
We could also do with the ability to drill down from a customer account / supplier account / project, to all that customers/suppliers/projects diary events
