We constantly come across issues especially with RDA and there is no event logs from sage itself to tell us exactly what has went wrong. Yes there is event viewer if a crash but nothing else.
The famous lines from Sage of being environmental come out alot but if there was some logging to at least point in the right direction would be far more helpful.

This 1000% since we moved to V30 RDA issues have started to be common again and we also had a lot of issues with v30 upgrades too.
Please add some sort of logging before you have no sage customers left.
