I have only just started using the upload feature in conjunction with our HR department. This month we had a member of staff who had a P45 raised last month and was due a couple of days and some overtime. This was included in the upload which did not fail and also did not post. Surely this should reject in the same way as missing a pay element....correct the problem and then re-upload ???
