We have the carriage in our footers on sales orders, however if we part dispatch an order to a customer we only charge them for the postage once. At the moment we then have to go in an manually zero off the postage after we dispatch the order.
We can do 20-30 of these a day. if there was a way to automatically Zero value the postage in the sales order footer after an order has been dispatched that would save a lot of time and staff work to resolve
