When using the MTD submissions module there is no way to print the final form. Dealing with two companies means that a repayment from one is used against an overpayment on the second company, thereby resulting in a new VAT return. Whilst it is submitted successfully the final return cannot be printed and cannot be exported to excel.
This needs to be resolved asap.
