this function should be standard in sage50, customer are now asking more and more for sales order acknowledgement but at the moment sage only emails the default email address for the main contact.
As most of our customer have multipul depots there is the facilty to add a depot email address but no function to email them when the delivery address is selected.
if you go into the email defaults then sales order you can select CC it looks like a setting is there but it does not work or im miss understading what Addresses & Contact`s Preference Email means?
