It would be much easier if all customer quotes stayed on the quotes list until they are won. Once they are won they could be converted to a sales order and added to the sales order list.
Having all quotes on the sales order list makes scanning through them and reconciling etc. very complocated, not to mention reporting on sales orders harder.
