We export to the EU & other areas & currently there are insufficient data fields in the stock record to enable us to form a commercial invoice with all the information required by customs when dealing with chemicals/lubricants. If there could be additional fields available we could then generate the invoice from Sage. When exporting these products we are required to provide nett weight, gross weight & litres. We currently have adapted Sage to get Nett & Gross weights but the litres are used to calculate the excise but there is nowhere we can enter this. Ideally 2 or 3 more fields would make this alot more flexible.
