Have a setting that automatically removes either lost or expired quotations from the Sales Order list rather than having to delete them or having to set filters for every user profile.
When you set a quotation to expire in say 30 days and you do 3 a day this can 'clog' the system up quite dramatically and then having to actually delete them to stop them showing defeats the purpose of having a quotations module.
