Presently accounts 50 defaults to the last cost price posted when on adjustment in, if the input is incorrect it will not be automatically picked up until maybe someone looks at the activity in a project. To correct the problem you need to do an adjustment out, then do an adjustment in, but with the first in/first out this may not sort the problem. An operator would automatically go to product details to in put the last cost price but this would not work but that is where the default value to use should be held and not default to adjustment in input.
