The invoice layout template has a function for Page Header and Page Footer, but these are included only in Preview and Export to PDF. I would like to use company branding and details in header and footer, and it works well when exporting to PDF, but they get removed from the first and last page of the invoice when sending to email.
I do not know why page header and footer are removed when sending to email as attachment, but the function clearly does not work well as the header and footer still show on the middle pages.
Please can there be an option to choose whether the page header and footer should be included in Send to Email or not.
This - caused me a huge problem when not selecting the "Entire Report" option within email settings. Had to amend around 13 templates entirely and strip footers from all but final page in order to allow invoices to be sent as batches but also as separate files.
