At the moment when you go to SETTINGS - EMAIL DEFAULTS and change the Webmail (smtp) settings for one company, they are automatically changed for other companies.
If you want your emails to come from a different email address while sending invoices/statements using SMTP it is not possible.
These settings should be independant of each company.
