I get why some people would find it useful, but all it's doing for me is slowing me down and adding an extra step. It also doesn't remember if you switch it to search by name or search by account and you have to reset it every time you make an entry which is also adding steps. Not everyone uses the quick search when entering data, so could you at least make it optional?
