Each of our customers has a price list attached to their accounts as we offer bespoke pricing. We do use the import function via csv. but this has to be done individually, per price list/customer. Having to do this for 500 accounts when we have a price increase is quite time-consuming, particularly with the volatile market pricing at the moment. Additionally, you can only import at fixed price but could this be changed to allow you to import at a different pricing method?
