We work on remote data access and have found out that when one user adds a link to a file then this is only available in Sage for the user.
For example we wanted to add the links in Sage to the sub contractor insurance documents so that we could all access them if we needed to check them and to set up a process for ensuring that we get updated documents annually. But because only the person that added the link can see it in Sage it doesn't work.

It seems "daft/silly" that only certain aspects are synced. If you have multiple people accessing Sage, they should be able to see everything they need.
Documents attached in the memo area seem to be fairly critical to ensuring everyone in the business has the correct information.
