If a credit note is just a price adjustment only - the item(s) should NOT be added to stock quantity. Old Sage had a pop-up question " do you want to adjust stock Y/N - but this has vanished on recent updates.
Raising a SERVICE credit will only adjust the customer account and will NOT amend product sales values & record correct amounts for salesmen commission
