I input approx 125 invoices at the begining of every month for customers who have a forklift truck on hire from us. I currently use the memorise and recall buttons. Which means I have to recall each individaul invoice for editing. I change 2 lines each month on every invocie, one says what month the invoice relates to and other the no of hire payments made, everything else stays the same.
