Title says it all.
V28 Upgrades ended up with 28/29 installed alongside each other and that old v28 install is breaking the v30 64 bit install requiring circling back to uninstall the V28 version then repair the V30 version.
Very frustrating.
Just put a check in for V28 being currently installed and a prompt to remove it.
0xc000007b I think was the launch error on v30 when the v28 conflicts.
