Printing of a customer receipt when allocating / posting a payment from a customer.

The customer wishes to print a customer receipt from Sage for the payment posted. The fact that they see the function called 'Customer Receipt' they use it to post and allocate payments however expect an actual printed receipt, something they can send to the customer to show the payment was received and processed.

    Yes there should be option print customer receipts.
