I am no IT expert but I assume it would only be a programmimg thing as to where the date is picked up from? For VAT adjustments. If it can pick up, at the moment, today's date can it not be altered to pick up the date from another source instead? i.e. the last date of the VAT quarter as entered on the VAT return form.
