Ability to Change VAT Default at anytime without Reconciliation.

As a Customer I should able to Change my VAT Scheme Default (Flat Rate to Standard) at anytime as requested by HMRC without having to wait until the end of the next cycle due to unreconciled transactions. By the end of this period it will be too late to change and I will have to then make manual adjustments which defeats the purpose of having SAGE with access to MTD.
