We would like to lock some suppliers so not everyone can see them.
Something like a simple privacy tick box so only Manager can see these suppliers
The reason behind the request is for example:
We have a buyer who has full access to suppliers as she needs to add new suppliers, raise purchase orders, view activity etc.
However she would have access to all suppliers activity and we have scenario's where directors have purchased cars through the business and this has gone through the supplier account as a purchase, the buyer can therefore now find the supplier and see the cost of the vehicles, registrations etc.
Another scenario is that the company rebranded and appointed a business to do this at a cost, this cost should not be available for anyone within the company to see however with the supplier account being accessible it can be found and easily viewed.
To have an option to lock specific suppliers would be perfect.
i will keep my fingers crossed for a quick solution to this.
