It would be useful to have an EOM or last day of the month option for the date that Recurring invoices are raised.
Now that EOM is an option for credit control i would hope this wouold be an easy addition.
Selling monthly services on a retrospective recurring invoice each month raised on the last day of the month is time consuming as invoices 1st raised in Feb, April, June, September and November will never carry the last day of the month date when the month has 30 days and so need to be manually changed each month.
The attached example shows that an invoice with a 1st processing date of 29/02/2024 would then auto generate on the 29th of every month after, whereas an invoice 1st raised on 01st Jan would fall as expected on the last day of the month as those months without 31 days roll back to the 1st available date. It is not realistic to expect all recurring invoices to have a 1st date in a month which has 31 days but this behaviour is what we need to replicate.
