Memo attachments to be synced

At present we use remote data access and each individual user adds customer, supplier, banking and email attachments into the Memo section. Unfortunately this is is not synchronised with each user This is a real pain as it means nobody has up to date information about customer/supplier activity

    We have just run across the same issue (with products and services).

    So bumping this old ticket rather than add a new one.

    We really want to be able to attach test certificates within SAGE on the memo section of each product item (we are a steel stockholder).

    The memo text syncs - but if I attach the cert on my PC - no one else can see it ...

    I am told by your support chat that only bank statements get synced in remote data access ...

    Seems a big oversight when you are pushing us to scan documents in for AI analysis


    Maybe will get sorted when the new SAGE 50 cloud access comes on line ?
