We used to have this function using network and anyone could send emails from Outlook, however we upgraded to remote access due to working from home and discovered that only one user can send reports with a pdf attached. If other users send emails they have to set 'invoice and Order Defaults' and then they take over and stop the original person emailing. PLEASE CAN YOU AMEND EMAIL DEFAULTS TO ALLOW ALL USERS TO SEND .PDF's attached to emails using Microsoft Outlook, and ideally with Shared Mailboxes so we can use generic Accounts@our company and not a single persons name. Your making more work for me the business owner because I now have to send all emails.
