Duplicate records keep appearing. The current workaround of reindexing and compressing data every time it is spotted is not a useful or workable long term solution. If it is because records are being marked as inactive this is a bug that needs to be fixed asap to prevent further disruption to the business.

This issue was fixed 2 years ago, if you install the latest version, you’ll stop seeing the problem.
