memo tab attachment & notes to be viewed by all

i am adding attachments and notes into the memo tab of projects to make it easier to see which applications are paid and control the retentions but my colleagues cannot see this on their machines

i also use this memo tab on nominal codes to attach eg finance agreement with payment schedules also my colleagues cannot see these

and same with memo tab in customers & suppliers any useful notes i add my colleagues cannot see them
