We have around 15,000 products, many of which are sold out/old batches, but can't be marked inactive as they have a BOM attached. It's very time consuming to clear out the BOM from each product. Similarly, components cannot be marked inactive if they are still part of a BOM, but one component may be part of the BOM for hundreds of products and it isn't possible to trace them all.
