Sales orders/quotes when entered on 'old' customers who's limit is 0.00 gives no warning on sage 'exceeded credit limit'
£0.00 is a limit = zero - but sage ignores as it is not a value ........£0.00 is a value = Zero
The problem is that the default Credit limit appears to be 0.00 which Sage treats as unlimited. Have you tried [bulk] changing your 'old' customers to have a credit limit of £0.01 and see if that makes any difference?
