Hi instead of having to go in and email and run the remittance and then send through an email, should it not be possible when a payment is made and if you have automatically set them to email, that the remittance goes automatically by the touch of a button and not have to go through the whole process of remittances, choose email, choose what type of remittance, go into email and drafts and then email it out.
