Change the follow up date to the most recent rather than the first one entered

I am doing credit control and when making notes in the communications section on a customer in sage I am only able to see the first call back date when trying to organise by follow up. This is now causing us an issue as I'm not being shown or notified when I am calling back after the first entry has been made as it is always referring to the same date. I spoke to a lovely man Chris who works for you and said he had the same issues when attempting to do this on the phone with me. I think changing this feature will make a massive difference and be super helpful. He did show me an alternative but it means going in to another part of the customer dater and messing around with it causing an extra task which doesn't take too much time but added up through out the day I could be chasing more customers if everything was in the same place and be more efficient with my time at work.
