i am adding copies of finance agreements to the nominal codes memo to help the accountants at year end but they are only visible on my machine, need to let others be able to see the document as i have to then email them to the accountants at year end, also we use projects and i make notes in the memo for retentions and payments and any other notes about the project again this is only visible on my screen i need my colleagues to see these notes in projects as it is important information when balancing retentions and project final account with our customer, if i,m not in my colleagues cannot access the summary information i do on the projects.
this would save me a lot of time, and again storing so others can access then we can go paperless once stored in attachment.
