We raise foreign currency proforma invoices in one month but they may not be posted until the following month. As we change the exchange rates each month, the exchange rate needs to be updated on the invoice before it is posted. When this is done the carriage value is lost so we have to look up the information again to re-enter the value. This should not be necessary as the carriage value should not disappear.
